What are your hours of business and shipping?

We are closed all week-ends and Church holy days - We ship 1 time per week, usually Friday. If you order on a Friday-Saturday-Sunday it will ship the following week. We do not respond to weekend/holiday emails until Monday.

Concerning comments on Youtube the Revelation series :

1)    Least expensive 5 books for less than the price of 4 – media mail shipping only in the USA. $110. Shipping supplies and USPS prices have gone up but we’ll keep the price the same.

2)    Speaking of shipping. Zoë Press cannot be responsible for USPS and their timing. We use media mail and they frequently send packages on extended trips. Check the tracking and follow your packages/ask request updates from USPS. They are marked so they either end up with the customer or back at ZP.

3)    USPS is slightly inept but far less expensive than if we switch to UPS. We are trying not to do that because shipping would be more than double what it is now.

4)    Your local monastery or bookstore may have the books ask them and have them order from us at wholesale prices.

5)    Saint Nicodemos Publications (Zalalas) carries the books on line and will ship, but it is not his focus, so don’t expect a quick ship there.

6)    Speaking of quick ship. Zoe Press IS the Amazon shipper. We frequently shut it down if we get busy, because Amazon pressures their sellers AND takes a huge portion of sales. Amazon is just for people who don’t know about ZP. Ordering on Amazon doesn’t mean any faster shipping than Zoe Press will do or shipping out of USA.

7)    Sorry to drag on – also don’t order internationally on Amazon the order will be canceled and we get another strike against us.

8)    International – USPS closed shipping for a while and now the EU has a complicated VAT Tax system that we are too small to get involved with so we prefer not to ship internationally - see above.
