What are your hours of business and shipping?
We are closed all week-ends and Church holy days - We ship 1 time per week, usually Friday. If you order on a Friday-Saturday-Sunday it will ship the following week. We do not respond to weekend/holiday emails until Monday. If you need something quickly let us know.

How do I get discounts from the monastery?
We’ve decided with the monastery that they will handle larger discounted orders for the Theotokarion and anything not on our site.
Call the monastery they can ship and bill for this title (and others) with discounts for volume.
Their phone is 559-338-3110. The best hours are Monday - Friday 11-2 Pacific Time. Not on major church feast days.
They have no answering machine and sometime it takes a while for them to pick up. You may have to keep trying.
If you fail to reach them you can probably email us with what you want and we can bring it to them, but try them first.
