 Package Problems

Lost - stolen - delivered but not received -

We are sad to have to add this to our web page but Zoë Press will not be responsible for shipments marked delivered by the USPS when the customer says they have not received it (a month later). (hmm)

On several occasions we generously shipped entirely new orders to a different address when people said it wasn't received. Amazon gladly removes the payment from our account and sides with the consumer. As honest consumers, yes we would want our product if it was not delivered and we had paid for it, but to have a second shipment mailed to a completely different address is highly suspicious and expensive (we can not afford to duplicate orders for the same price).

It is now our policy not to repeat shipments, especially to different addresses. You must know which valid address to use, we can not.

Do not give us an address unless you actually want your items to go there and are will be responsible for them once USPS delivers.

If you have not received your order within a reasonable period of time (1-2 weeks) we fully expect you to use the USPS tracking number we sent you upon shipment and work with the USPS.  - In addition you may contact us so that we are aware of the problem and if it is early enough we can sometimes help..

If you wait more than a "reasonable" period of time we can not track the package efficiently and will offer no replacements.

Our packages are all marked "return service requested" so the USPS is supposed to return the books to us. If the books are actually returned we can offer a credit.
